| If you play piano halfway of course u get bored and u feel like quitting. When I was at grade 5 i really wanted to quit then i thought only 5 more years i guess i could hold on i'm wasonly halfway there. This grade was the one i Canada from the Royol Conservatory of Music (RCM) it was from grade 1-10. Now i'm doing grade 8 the last grade. soon i'll be doing diploma. i got 95/150 a fail for my grade 8  I got 86/100 a merit for my grade 5 theory yay  | |

| Hey MEEEEEEgan lol. When u taking the grade 8 exam and what songs u gonna play. For my grade 8 exams!!!!! i played!!!!!!!! Chopin's nocturn in f minor, Op.55 no.1. Allegro first movement from sonata in F, K.332 by mozart , and Sonata in d minor by A. Soler. its the crossing hand one i played for u kim meng or is is kim ming Now i'm learning Domenico Scarlatti's Sonata in a minor, Kp.175. | chords are easy. u play the tonic mediant and dominant of any major or minor scale. except for dominant and diminished seventh | |

| lol i learn piano too...that should be of some help... err i finished grade 5 but i dunno wad grade i'll be taking cos i jupm grade... theory now is grade 5...haha...pathetic. mingxuan,your dominant mediant submediant chords won't really explain anything to anyone lol...like no one will understand?! btw i specialise in classical music(of course)...but pop songs SHOULD be ok...haha at least i learnt FFX's theme song(should be the theme song)...haha boasting here sry  | |
