I suggest having events regularly... like drawing event~~ and so on

Oh OH OH! WE don't need an anime topic. its too narrow. this could be put in the general discussion area. the homework and need help with subject are pretty much the same so we can just scrap the need help with subject area and anime area. I also dunno the diference between the general discussion area and off topic area we can just scrap the off topic we could just use the general discussion for the off-topic.
